Throughout my working career I have been able to navigate the diverse needs of different industries. Within each one, I have not only been able to understand and surpass what has been asked of me as an employee, I have also been recognized and catapulted to higher positions within the companies. Most of my roles have had direct reports; teams of different sizes, this has led me to be experienced and capable of recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, training, and supporting high calibre teams throughout my lifetime. Not only am I able to obtain and retain talent, but I am also well verse in managerial duties such are HR related task, marketing, visuals, customer service experience, employee experience, business analysis and social media presence; to name a few. Additionally, I have been involved and/or placed in project management roles (something I truly enjoy). Due to this, I have successfully created improvements on many levels of the above-mentioned experience. My promotions and increased responsibilities are a direct result of my expertise in management, my commitment to personal and professional excellence, and my excellent written and oral communication skills.
