During this time at Endava, my role within the marketing team focused more on content and brand. Depending on the business needs, I supported the content manager in creating & managing different content packages, both English and German versions for both online & print collaterals. My responsibilities included driving & managing the weekly shareable content and the social media editorial calendar. My role also implied maintaining and improving brand management by building, managing & updating guidelines, templates and different brand assets. As part of the brand management, I worked closely with the employer branding team, supporting the creative & design initiatives and helping implement online campaigns.

As a Marketing Specialist, I coordinated and managed the group-wide internal communication, such as the newsletter, internal campaigns & team events visuals. I acted as a project coordinator & worked with outside creative agencies to develop group-wide concepts & visuals for both internal communication & employer branding initiatives. To implement employer branding concepts, consistent branding & communication campaigns, I also worked with the recruitment teams by providing marketing support & guidelines. Last but not least, I worked with the online specialist within the marketing team to implement various digital projects.

As part of the marketing team, I supported internal communication projects (i.e. newsletter) and developed internal campaigns (i.e. visuals for team events). My responsibilities involved the consistent implementation of employer branding concepts (producing all marketing collaterals, developing concepts & supporting the implementation of major recruitment events). I also contributed to other marketing tasks such as updating different branding assets, managing translations, and the multimedia library.

During my time at the agency, I was involved in different fashion & lifestyle projects, managing incoming client projects & new briefings. Working closely with the art department, I was exposed to the design process and supported them by conducting market research, competitor analysis and helping with art buying. Having an interest in content creation, I was able to work on different copywriting projects such as client newsletters, ads and brochures. Being a full-service ad agency, the opportunity to organise photo & video shootings was almost a constant activity, and acting as a contact person for clients & service providers gave me the chance to be part of the production process. The tasks I had at the Ofenstein agency were very diverse but offered me a better understanding of the different adverting & marketing areas - from concept & content creation through to implementation & publishing.

As part of the 5-month internship, I supported the company's cooperation with their partners & clients and was in charge of managing & updating the platform daily, weekly and monthly product offers by coordinating with the external employees & providers.
