• Lead Alcon Financial Controls Matrix self-assessment, testing, remediation and improvement for Inventory Management related financial controls as for Order to Invoice on specific sales deductions and consignment sales processes,• Support business control owners and drive process standardization/harmonization,• Provide coordination and support for internal and external audit,• Act as interface with the business (Global Process Owners, Control-Owners, etc.) and embed ownership in the business,• Quality control for Standard Operating Procedures and test evidences,• Continually provide advice and guidance to the business on Alcon Financial Controls Matrix compliance topics and challenges,• Provide training to control owners on financial controls matrix changes for inventory and order to invoice processes.

• Lead NFCM self-assessment, remediation and improvement for the assigned financial cycle(s) based on financial risk,• Support business control owners and drive process standardization/harmonization,• Provide coordination and support for internal and external audit,• Act as interface with the business (cycle-owners, control-owners, etc.) and embed ownership in the business,• Quality control for Standard Operating Procedures and test evidences,• Continually provide advice and guidance to the business on NFCM compliance topics and challenges,• Conducting and supporting the annual review of the Service level agreement across EMEA.

• Audit different critical areas/processes (Revenue recognition, Fraud, etc.) in different CareFusion sites (U.S.A, India, England, France, Romania), • Gather and examine audit evidence, validate findings with management, (audit reports performance), • Apply SOX guidance to business activities, • Analyze of control gaps, perform root cause analysis and formulates potential remediation plans for the controls that failed, • Assist Management to organize an audit project and all the different SOX testing phases (communication for sensitive matters in a professional manner).
