Main responsabilities:- Preparation of the monthly report for Critical Software S.A. (Coimbra - Portugal)- Implementation of the Company's cost accounting system- Preparation of the elements needed to both internal and external auditors (bank reconciliations, third party reconciliations, cash count maps)- Planning contente for Critical Software website and Facebook page- Direct contact with the company responsible for Accounting and validation / correction of data supplied- Billing to customer - Direct contact with suppliers and customers- Monitoring the external audit- Implementation of practices defined by the Company - Mother- Control of subcontracted personnel expenses (budget allocated to them)- Human Resources (contract development, payroll)- Event Planning
