As a content and communications leader with over 15 years of experience, I have developed and implemented effective strategies for engaging and informing various audiences, both internally and externally, through web, social media, and branding channels. I have a passion for creating and delivering impactful content that reflects the values, mission, and vision of the organizations I work with, as well as the needs and interests of their stakeholders.Most recently, I was the content unit manager at Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa, a leading social welfare institution in Portugal. There, I led a team of editors and social media managers, overseeing the planning, production, and publication of content for the institution's website, sub-sites, and social media platforms. I also participated actively in defining and executing communication plans for relevant projects across the organization, such as Casa do Impacto, a hub for social innovation and entrepreneurship. Additionally, I have a background in corporate communications, marketing, and events management, having worked for the gaming department of Santa Casa for seven years.
