•Maintain and update the master production schedule for Div04 products. Create and maintain bill of materials, work orders, and purchase orders that assure on-time delivery as well as meets internal and external customer expectations.•Convert all sales orders to production work orders while communicating to all interested parties of ongoing revisions, ECN’s and project management driven changes.•Receive and review design or internal documentation as a part of the review and approval process. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to the extent necessary to support engineering change processes. Review documentation for identification, revision, accuracy, completeness, consistency, and relationship to other documents and procedures.•Support materials management activities to assure on-time delivery, operational efficiency, continual improvement, optimal communications, and employee training. Provide timely performance feedback, corrective actions, and development of material process to SICK AG as well as domestic suppliers and subcontractors.•Sourcing of new vendors, negotiate prices and T&C focus in quality and prices.•Review material requirements on a daily basis and place purchase orders based upon inventory levels, requirements, and lead time. Follow up with orders placed to insure commitments are adhered to as well as review for updates and supplier initiated changes to commitments.•Seek and recommend ways to improve methods and procedures to increase departmental and site productivity. Coordinate and support communication flow between customer service, project management, supply chain, and contractors. Work cooperatively with other groups as needed to resolve issues and enhance daily activities.•Review and maintain healthy Safety Stock levels based in usage and availability for Oil & Gas Division.

• Responsible for Project creation, scheduling and coordination through to fulfillment for Ultrasonic Meters in Flow Division.• Review customer specifications and blue prints in order to meet customer requirements.• Plan, arrange and monitor all shipping (including expediting) arrangements of projects through to invoicing/closing stage.• Track and manage contemplated change notices and change orders.• Coordinate Material Data books completion and file Project documents.• Quotes and purchasing, manage and monitor vendor performance, create invoices and Credit Memos as needed• Inventory control. Stock levels review and suggest necessary changes to Supply Chain Management.• Working with Project Manager, assist in developing a comprehensive workflow process for project.• Maintain good communication with technicians and vendors to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication of issues, and proper documentation of the entire process.

• Responsible for heat treat schedule include new orders and update it daily, inputting data into our computer systems (QAD), processing work orders transactions and picking, releasing and issuing material. In charge of looking for blueprints and checking dimensions and chemical specs according to customer needs. Inventory movements, substitute materials in order to meet customer specifications.• Responsible for planning and preparing orders issues and controlling production schedule, maintaining, and tracking daily levels of finished products inventory to meet sales demand according with due dates running and evaluating results of MRP./ERP• In charge of providing drawings, dimensional inspection sheet, and other special customer requirements. • Responsible of Performing work order transaction in QAD and for coordinating with forge shop and heat treatment the requirements for Sales Department. In charge of updating QAD work orders by finished flange, WIP, scrap and finished products. • Responsible for changing WO route and BOM substituting material as need it. Input labor hours, print cost and efficiency reports as needed. Work in filing of closed work orders. • Active participation in the inventory of WIP, finished products and raw forgings. Give support and participate in the organization’s improvement projects as required. • In charge of expediting material shortages, re-prioritizing schedule dates and communicating new priorities.

Responsible for purchasing, repair and maintenance of all corporate computers and communication equipment including cell phones and pagers for approximately 500 managers in the Corporation’s central offices and in 87 supermarkets and hypermarkets throughout Costa Rica in the largest, privately-held corporation in the country.
