• As a part of a team I did an opportunity diagnostic consulting project of the supply chain of a company dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of acrylic sheets detecting opportunities in themes of inventories, production and logistics that will help the company to achieve a sustainable growth. I contributed with the preparation and data analysis of the company for later focusing in the opportunities of the area of logistics and transportation. • I made a proposal of a control system, considering world trends in retail logistics technology for a company of food and beverage industry.

• I participated in the Training of Total Immersion Program going through the areas of Planning, Production, Warehousing, Quality Control, Maintenance, Research and Development, Sanitary Regulation, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Human Resources and Finances, in which I had to perform all the functions of all the positions in every one of these areas. • Coordinated the project Prologis for this company, being on charge of the leaders of production, IT, human resources, instrumentation, maintenance and an external assessor to define the layout for the new pharmaceutical complex (which included 6 production plants, 4 administrative buildings and services in 60,000m2).• Supervised the project of reduction of days for development and Launch of new products, from the initial idea until the approval and registration of COFEPRIS (Mexican Federal Commissions of Sanitary Risk) managing to reduce it from 3 to 1.3 years on average.

• Coordinated Warehousing, Production and Purchasing Managers for the suitability of a 1,800m2 cellar as a Materials Warehouse and Raw Materials for Naturex (the Naturist branch of the company) with a budget of $750,000 MXN.•Planned and Coordinated the fiscal closure of the company Naturex de México and inventory sale to Manufacturas Naturex and Distribuidora Naturex in three weeks with the departments of IT, Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Warehousing, Quality Control and Production.• Coordinates the suitability of legends (marbetes) of all packing materials of the company due to the change on the business name in less than a year.

• Designed, with the department of IT, a procedure to increase control and reduce design changes and launch time for new and existing products of Productos Maver and Naturex. • Participated as an only planner of the company Naturex de México, being responsible for sales forecasting, SOP, MPS, MRP, purchasing planning, and production planning of four lines during 2010 where sales and production duplicated without significant increases of resources or capacity. • Coordinated, during one year and a half, the renewal of the complete product catalog of Naturex, including discontinuing, redesigning and launching until reaching 82 SKU´s that fulfilled marketing expectations. •Planned the production of six production lines of the company considering efficiency during cleaning times, respecting expiration days, an aligning activities with requirements of sales department.
