Current• As the lead for business development initiatives at the firm, I pioneered the transformation of Dithum's commercial operations upon arrival. Through meticulous analysis and strategic insight, I engineered the implementation of a robust commercial framework, tailored precisely to the organization's unique needs. In parallel, I orchestrated the identification and adoption of Salesforce, optimizing client engagement and bolstering sales effectiveness. Additionally, I provided steadfast support to our esteemed partners throughout project lifecycles, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing client satisfaction. • Through these initiatives, I catalyzed a paradigm shift in our approach to client acquisition and project delivery, driving sustained growth and fostering enduring client relationships. In addition, through these strategic engagement efforts, we were able to deliver more than fifteen executive development programs for key industry players such as Bimbo, Seguros Monterrey, CitiBanamex, Uber, RLH Properties, Holcim, and Vector, which tailored specifically to meet the evolving needs of senior leadership across Mexico. Consequently, this led to a substantial increase in the company's revenue.
