- Implementation, maintenance and development of a quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2015;- Defining goals, strategies and plans together with the Management to meet customer needs and efficient use of the company's resources;- Development of internal regulatory documents - instructions, regulations, procedures;- Preparation and conduct of internal and external audits and description of business processes in the company;- Analysing and evaluating current systems and structures;- Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products;- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data;- Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct;- Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards;- Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems.

- Carrying on the foreign language correspondence in English and German with clients, contractors and subcontractors;- Receiving, processing and handing over for production purchase orders from foreign customers;- Making a production plan together with the person in charge of the production and the engineering team;- Setting delivery dates, requirements, quality control checks;- Carrying on the communication, purchase orders, requirements and quality control of contractors and subcontractors;- Organizing the transportation of the goods; - Issuing administrative as well as financial documents and organizing related paperwork;- Other administrative tasks regarding the job position.

- Carrying on the foreign language correspondence and managing orders from foreign contractors;- Handling administrative assignments according to the competency; - Maintaining and updating an electronic database for customers and related subjects; organizing the daily business agenda when necessary; - Organizing paperwork at the company and receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence
