- Credit Control Department - Credit Limits set up, control and maintainance of key accounts,Bad Debt analyses atc- Cash Management Department - Cash Flow monitoring and reporting: daily, weekly and monthly reports using indirect and direct methods , - Cash flow forecast- short term and long term analyses- Balance sheet Forecast OB& LRP- Various analyses of the interest income & interest expense, - Dividend payments calculations and execution- FX & Money market – authorized person for trading and reporting- Timely submission of financial reports for local management, State authorities, Belgrade Stock Exchange and External & Internal Audits - Negotiations with banks, organizing competitive bidding processes, obtaining the best conditions on the market- Close and efficient cooperation with the following institutions: Banks – preparation of the various documentation for the banks, relationships with NBS, local and foreign payment transactions, e-banking, bank guarantees, direct debit, loans, investments, deposit funds placements, reconciliation of all bank transactions.Brokerage & Custody Departments – reporting to Belgrade Stock Exchange- Preparation, update, consolidation and submission of the Prospectus to BSE. Preparation and submission of various reports to BSE and Security Commission in line with the deadlines -Close interdepartmental relationship with Accounting, IS, Purchasing, Legal and other dept.
