CurrentAs a Youth Program Leader, I foster growth and resilience among youth by facilitating a range of academic and recreational activities that include homework support, arts and STEM enrichment, and educational field trips. My focus is on:- Creating and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote both personal and academic development, consistently tracking student progress to ensure targeted outcomes.- Leading and mentoring volunteers, building a positive and collaborative environment, and maintaining close communication with parents to strengthen community engagement. - Managing program data and ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.Through regular participation in staff meetings and professional development sessions, I actively contribute ideas to enhance program quality and effectiveness. Additionally, I support broader organizational activities, helping bring impactful initiatives to life for the communities we serve.
