During my internship, I had the opportunity to develop and enhance various skills, including project scope development and the application of agile methodologies in software system development. Additionally, I gained experience in service desk roles, assisting employees with their technical needs.I also worked on data collection, organization, manipulation and visualization, generating insights to support decision-making.

As an apprentice teacher of Software Engineering, I had the opportunity to gain experience in teaching and instructing students in this field. My activities included working together with the Lecturer in planning and organising lessons. Help students to understand the subject, support students in practical lessons, assist with assignments and other activities guided by the Lecturer.
