About Ana Topoleanu
I'm a photographer from Romania. After I studied Sociology University in Bucharest and worked for a while in advertising, I started my nomadic life. I lived in Chile, France, Greece, and Spain and am currently established in Mexico where I have started my own family. During these years, I’ve shot travel, fashion, portrait, wedding & fine art photography. I’ve worked for many publications that I admire such as DOR, Vice, and Travesias and I began selling my fine art photos online. I just finished studying Labasad Master in Documentary Photography. I've started to create intimate documentary series on subjects that I am passionate about like womanhood, motherhood, childhood, feminism & ex-pat struggles. I especially love analog photography.Parallel to my personal projects I am working on assignments for various publications such as T Magazine and also shooting architectural photography.I am available and eager to shoot documentary, portrait, and editorial photography, and am very excited about continuing to travel around the world.
