Developing financial and analytics tools by migration or either defining and building new ones.• Build and oversee KPI´s according to the needs of all the departments of the company, in order to provide input and support for determining strategic guidelines and also support management decisions.• Analysis of the variables related to the activity, as well as the processing, issuance and oversight of all financial and analytical information transmitted by the company with attention given to both internal as well as external clients. • Develop pricing and margin analysis culture as a fundamental tool for management and growth• Promoting a cross-sector approach with the remaining Departments, HR, Sales, Logistics and making available the necessary mechanisms to assist them in optimizing their management. Connecting Finance to the business.• Evaluation of business situation, proposing and building BC related to logistic solutions. Measure aptness of the actual productivity capacity / footprint, and propose future solutions / alternative based on financial / KPI information, not forgetting the importance of the quality.• Build budgets for coming years according to company strategy and business plans, implementing process from the minimum production unit to global level, Follow up monthly deviation and reporting causes and actions plans. Preparing forecasts based on external internal changes.
