I am a certified ServSafe and CPR instructor with over 20 years of experience within the restaurant industry. I have worked with a variety of restaurants in the US, Brazil, and Barbados and have taught more than a thousand students. My experience includes being a Hostess, Waitress, Assistant Manager, and Restaurant Manager. I have overseen the openings of multiple restaurants and have expertise in Restaurant Operations and Training & Development of both back-of-the-house and front-of-the-house staff. Ana leads our training efforts in the areas of ServSafe, CPR and Customer Service. Ana is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and can converse in Italian, French and Creole.
