I actively participated in the development and instructed this course under the supervision of the professor. This is part of an initiative created by the university called UR Kids which aims to reinforce specific knowledge in children. The purpose of our course is to motivate children to understand mathematical concepts (Graph Theory, Cryptography, Dynamical Systems) by employing different games and digital resources. Overall, getting the kids to grasp logical thinking and have a first approach to algorithms and programming.

𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Instructed a weekly mandatory session for a group of students dedicated to reinforcing the topics reviewed previously by the teacher as a General Tutor and instructed a determined number of sessions for a student that presented a poor performance on their first midterm dedicated to reinforcing and exercising the topics that the student needed or lacked knowledge in as a Personalized Tutor.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Having completed the coursework previously and being part of the third best graded on the course to be instructed. Furthermore, for a Personalized Tutor it is required to have previous experience as a general tutor and have outstanding reviews and performance.𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Received the award for Best Student Tutor in 2020 due to helping a set of students improve their performance considerably. Also, the students that attended the general session showed an improvement in their grades throughout each semester.
