• Obtain and maintain current costs of products• Maintain an orderly quotation file and record of quoted jobs• Receive calls and offer service or phone quotes to customer• Actively assist customers by recommending new products or suggesting alternatives• Maintain library of all vendor catalogs• Enter in Oasis / M3 system to assist purchasing• Deliver timely, well-prepared and professional quotations and submittals• Work with other members of the sales team to identify and meet the needs of customers• Assists in scheduled physical inventory counts
