1. Development of grant applications under EU-funded programmes for Youth, Training and Education, Capacity Building. In this role I have successfully secured funds for over 45 donor-funded projects within formal and non-formal education. 2. Management of selected EU-funded projects (especially, projects with higher risks or larger budgets), including evaluation and reporting. E.g., capacity building projects within entrepreneurship and sustainable entreprenuership with partner organisations in India, Nepal, Cambodia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Colombia, Honduras. 3. Team coordination and supervision. Responsible for a team of junior staff, interns and volunteers. 4. Project consultant for associations and public institutions. In this role I have development and supported the implementation of donor funded projects for such institutions and organisations as FN-Forbundet (The Danish United Nations Association); Fora Copenhagen, Fora Hvidovre, FGU Aarhus, the former Ecological Production School, Copenhagen (currently, FGU Hovedstaten), City Arts (Nothingham, UK), Baby People (Derby, UK) etc.5. National Contact Point for the programme Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs. The role includes includes handling of applications for newly established, aspiring and exprienced entreprenuers, relationship building, grant management, contracts management, promotion of the programme.(www.erasmusentrepreneurs.eu);
