I am scaling WorkTogether's successful career coaching services, supporting more education organizations in the areas of career development training, career coaching, outplacement services, and career content creation. I am both coaching/training (and continuing to partner with orgs such as Chiefs for Change, Gradient Learning, The National Fellowship for Black and Latino Male Educators, and Teach For America), and supporting a team of coaches who can meet the high demand for our services.

I lead the career services function for WorkTogether's JobSeekers. I coach mission-driven professionals at all stages of their careers, with a focus on mid-level and executive education + nonprofit talent. My clients include school district superintendents, Chiefs, VPs, and Directors of non-profits, school principals, education consultants, early career professionals, and of course - Educators. • Content Development: I write a weekly "Career Corner" column in WorkMonger's "Leaders in Education" newsletter, which has over 50,000 subscribers. • Adult Learning & Design: My team and I develop and facilitate leadership & career development training to national organizations.• Coaching Partner: I have served as a coaching partner for national Education leadership development programs, including The Broad Center, Teach For America, The National Fellowship for Black and Latino Male Educators, ILO Group, and Chiefs for Change. • Previously supported WorkTogether as an Executive Search Consultant: Recruitment support for national Education clients - school districts, foundations, nonprofits, etc.

I piloted the role of Talent Partner for YES Prep Public Schools, and in this capacity I was a full life-cycle recruiter focused on senior leader, technical, non-instructional and experienced teacher recruitment/hiring. I partnered with our CEO, Chief of Staff, Managing Director of Academics, Chief Program Officer, and others in filling high-impact roles, and worked with our current staff on leadership pathways within our district. After my successful pilot, all talent acquisition team roles were restructured to follow a similar model.

I led YES Prep's recruitment team (3 recruitment managers and many interns), designing and driving comprehensive strategy to meet ambitious hiring goals (close to 400 educators and leaders annually). With a special focus on increasing the diversity of YES Prep's candidate pool, I am proud of our team's success increasing the diversity of the district's incoming teacher pool by 160%, solidifying YES Prep as a leader in diversity talent recruitment among charter management organizations nation-wide. We also increased the number of highly qualified teaching applicants by 100% in my first year leading the team.

I sourced, cultivated, and selected outstanding educators for teaching and regional leadership positions for KIPP's largest region, and partnered with school leaders and hiring managers to improve selection process and employee retention at 4 KIPP campuses and central office teams. During my tenure in the role, I created & developed new Talent Associate position, hiring and ultimately managing team of 3 part-time Talent Associates, and managed the Urban Ed Experience Internship, tripling the number of participating interns in one year.
