I position mission-driven talent for opportunity as a career coach and talent strategist. In my role leading Career Services at WorkTogether Talent Consulting, I support and train professionals across the education and nonprofit sectors, helping them land high-impact roles, including leading some of the largest and most influential public school districts and state departments of education in the nation. I partner frequently with organizations such as Chiefs for Change, The National Fellowship for Black and Latino Male Educators, and Teach For America as both a coach and trainer. In recent years, I've established a niche working with system-level education leaders (superintendents, state education chiefs, nonprofit executives) applying for big jobs. I am particularly energized by collaboration opportunities with organizations actively diversifying the leadership bench in K-12. Before pivoting to career coaching, I spent over a decade as a recruiter and talent acquisition leader within the education/nonprofit space, experiences which have uniquely positioned me to coach leaders navigating competitive job-searches in K-12 organizations. I'm also a former teacher. In addition to my coaching work, I sit on the board of The Shady Lane School, an equity-driven early learning center in Pittsburgh.
