Currently managing a team of 3, consisting of Client Support-Project Managers. Main responsibilities include:- Acting as a liaison between client and production teams to make sure client needs are fully understood and successfully met.- Consulting for the Client to provide adequate customer experience and ensure compliance with quality goals.- Training new team members and overseeing their work and performance.- Supervising the creation of budgets to perform Translation/Interpretation projects as well as scheduling and planning the complete life cycle of Translation projects.- Involved in developing new technology initiatives to help streamline translation processes, and improve timelines and cost-effectiveness.- Designing new ways to improve Client satisfaction by consulting with different departments within the company to find the links between the services offered and customer needs.

Managing a team up to 16, consisting of Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Quality Control Personnel. Main clients consist of Global Leaders in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Main responsibilities include:- Carrying out translation projects following specific instructions in order to meet budgets and deadlines agreed. - Setting priorities among the multiple projects handled simultaneously.- Working together with the sales department to manage client expectations.
