Sukhvinder completed her bachelor's degree in commerce from Delhi University. She began her professional journey as an Accounts Executive at HP and rapidly progressed to the position of Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable. In late 2003, she became a full-time parent to her premature baby boy, requiring her undivided attention. Consequently, Sukhvinder made the decision to leave her job and devoted herself to raising her two sons.In 2011, Sukhvinder embarked on her entrepreneurial venture by establishing Metropolitan Crafts (MC). MC operated as an online and ShopClues reseller, offering a diverse range of women-focused products such as artificial jewelry, clothing, bags, wallets, cosmetics, and home decor items. However, with the emergence of prominent e-commerce giants, she recognized the need to transition out of this market.In 2017, Sukhvinder started Anaad Consultants and shifted her focus to Skill Development projects. Additionally, in 2020, she ventured into the field of study abroad consultancy, assisting students in pursuing higher education opportunities in developed economies. To connect with the target audience, a blend of online/offline and ATL/BTL marketing strategies are employed.
