• Coordination and management of projects in the circular development area in South America, covering solid waste and food systems; • Development and enhancement of strategies and structures for the circular development sector; • Coordination between internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities and address challenges in circular development;• Preparation of technical documents, reports, and communication materials; • Continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects, analyzing data and indicators to ensure effectiveness and achievement of established objectives.

National Expert in Brazil for the Circular Plastics in the Americas Programme

Focal Point in Brazil in the implementation of the Circular Plastics in the Americas Programme, cooperation between the European Union (donor) and Brazil:• Coordination and support in the activities related to the Policy and Guidelines Component of the Project, participating in discussions and planning with federal, state, and/or municipal government entities in actions relevant to the Circular Economy theme, supporting in the discussion of policies, guidelines and training on the theme;• Support in the activities of the Communication and Visibility Component of the Project, assisting in the organization and execution of events, meetings, and international missions, which aim to foster discussions among stakeholders in the scope of the circular economy and plastics reduction;• Technical support in the implementation of the Circular Beach Pilot Project, in Rio de Janeiro, in partnership with the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro, which aims to reduce plastic consumption on Copacabana beach, by monitoring actions, holding follow-up meetings, planning activities and field visits;• Coordination in the management of the project through the monitoring of indicators and the use of the project management tool (OPSYS);• Preparation and review of technical documents and reports for the Project;• Support in administrative procedures, contracting, purchases, and payments.

Project ProteGEEr - Cooperation for Climate Protection with Urban Solid Waste Management - technical cooperation project between Brazil and Germany to promote sustainable and integrated management of municipal solid waste (MSW). Responsibilities: • Preparation and review of technical documents in the area of waste management and GHG mitigation; • Elaboration and review of Urban Solid Waste Management Tools developed by the project;• Articulation with the Ministry of Regional Development, the political partner of ProteGEEr;• Preparation and revision of communication texts for the project website or publications in English; • Support in monitoring the development of the Distance Course developed by the Project and its materials;• Organization and moderation of meetings and events;• Support the project planning and management process, including the monitoring of impacts and results.

Project Proklima - Brazilian HCFC Phase-Out Management Plan (HPMP) - Brazil is implementing the Brazilian HCFCs Elimination Program (HPMP), which is coordinate by the Brazilian Ministry of Environment, in order to comply with the schedule established by the Montreal Protocol. • Assistance and support in the execution of activities to implement the Montreal Protocol, in Brazil, through the Brazilian HCFC Phase-Out Management Plan (HPMP); • Responsible for GIZ's internal administrative processes for the Project;• Preparation and review of technical documents for the Project; • Support the project planning and management process, including the monitoring of impacts and results, communication material, training material and preparation of official reports submitted to partners;• Advise and support partners at the national level, such as: Ministry of the Environment and technical training institutions (SENAI);• Monitoring of capacitation courses which are offered by the project through Brazil; • Support in bidding processes, contracts, invoices and rendering of accounts; • Research and inclusion of gender equality activities in Montreal Protocol activities in Brazil;
