My position at Guerra Construction Group required me to manage ongoing bids and ensuring new projects were won. This consisted of tracking and responding to bidding requests from owners and other companies, setting up and attending site visits, bid deadlines, and post-bid interviews/meetings. I obtained, reviewed, completed, and submitted bidding documents to the appropriate owner. My position also consisted of assuring the company received competitive subcontractor estimates at the time of bid submission. This included reaching out to existing and new subcontractors by requesting estimates. My work needed to be fast and organized to ensure that deadlines were met.

My position at the Campbell Inn consisted of managing front desk staff, tracking direct billing accounts, providing outstanding customer service, overseeing check in and check out procedures, updating extranet sites, ensuring that issues were resolved quickly and efficiently, and handling all customer complaints.
