Both shareholder of the company and Commercial Director since 1991.During these 16 years carried out the following tasks:- International research for brands with potential to develop in the portuguese market;- Negotiation with International International Textile Groups; - Analysis of brand positioning and definition of the Marketing Plan; - Analysis and settlement of the distribution contracts with the suppliers and the respective legal offices;- Introduction of new products to the sales management and respective sales staff;- Definition of the national and international sales budgets and their respective follow’up;- Control of the Sales Reports;- Settlement and execution of marketing actions (micro and macro) and PR clients / brands;- Development of the brand through the opening of the franchising shops;- Representation of the Company in events and special actions either national or international;In Dec 2007 I decided to leave the society to embrace a new challenge... to start my own Independant Consulting Company - "Fashion Value" - extending my work beyond Portugal into Europe and South America.
