Preparation of a “Bridge” Analysis.Obtainment of variations between the levels that were forecasted in each of the two previous months for Sales and for Standard Variable Margin (SVM) for the current Quarter. Obtainment of reasons for the variations from each region’s Controller and Project Managers. Presentation of the differences and of the explanations in monthly meetings with FP&A’s Regional Manager and with the leaders of the Regional Business Centers.Preparation of reports with the Actual expenses produced by the Business Units that form the company. Submission of the reports to the respective managers and answering of the queries that they may raise.Preparation of reports with Actual and Forecasted levels for Sales, Orders and Margins of the Company.
