Monica + Andy is a retail baby company focusing on organic products. I was responsible for brainstorming, creating, editing, and posting unique content on multiple social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram, for both casual and paid social purposes. This content was created to both highlight our products and promote new seasonal collections and collaborations. To create content, I attended classes and events held in the Chicago stores, used footage provided from our photographer, as well as shot footage of products in stores and in the office. Additionally, I used my knowledge of the various algorithms on social media platforms to boost engagement and views on posts.

Only One is a nonprofit organization taking action towards the climate crisis by mobilizing campaigns, funding solutions, and sparking change. Worked with the climate and growth teams on research and outreach. Focused on the new Blue Climate Collective campaign by researching start-ups with ocean-based climate solutions and doing outreach to recruit them as founding members of the BCC. Also created drafts for the organization's instagram by highlighting company members of the BCC. Additionally, worked on researching photographers work to include in articles for the Loss and Damage Fund campaign.

Responsible for opening and closing the boutique, ringing up sales, engaging with customers and answering questions, replenishing inventory on the sales floor, setting up for events, styling customers, trying on clothes to post on social media (Instagram and TikTok), and displaying clothing on the boutique's website. Winner of employee contest for the month of July with the highest units per sale of all employees.

Only high school intern serving the Events Department, focused on fund-raising and public and private events. Projects include assembling data on events, tracking outgoing event proposals, updating Material Safety Data Sheet, responding to inbound event inquiries, and reviewing revenue and cost data.

Responsible for opening and closing store, receiving and replenishing inventory, assisting customers, ringing sales at cash wrap, and wrapping services. Additionally, communicating and advising customers on their personal party planning, crafting projects, and custom invitations.
