Office Administrator
CurrentResponsible for handling email accounts, voicemails, and survey responses, ensuring that they reach the appropriate team member. Help customers by providing clear claim filing instructions and answering inquiries from customers, members, and drivers, either directly or by guiding them in the right direction. In addition, answer general phone calls, determine the nature of each call, and direct the caller to the appropriate team member for assistance. The completion of standard weight lists as needed and the documentation and tracking of significant files are additional responsibilities.
