• Process payroll transactions including time & attendance, benefits, taxes, and voluntary deductions using ADP• Audit invoices and accounts payable to prevent overpayments to vendors• Supports union and non-union employees’ adherence to their corresponding contracts and benefits• Calculates and reviews payroll accuracy in overtime, vacation time, and sick hours• Conducts monthly reporting to determine employee bonus qualifications• Enters and maintains confidential records of new hire and terminated employees• Process worker compensation claims• Process state disability and unemployment claims• Compare vendor prices within our industry to determine if our costs are at minimum level
