Responsible in preparing and filing of monthly withholding tax, monthly value added tax, quarterly income tax and annual income tax return of various client with businesses in construction, hospital, glass manufacturing and grocery distributor companies.Identifying and classifying each sales invoices, official receipts and supporting vouchers of clients what kind of purchases and operating expenses they incur through its normal business operations. Including rent, equipment, supplies, payroll, advertising expenses and utility costs.Responsible for keeping financial records updated in their books of accounts in their purchases journal and cash disbursement journal for recording the costs incurred in their business transactions.Responsible for the reconciliation of invoices, vouchers and resolving to appropriate accounts before the said deadline of each tax return sent to the Bureau of Internal Revenue to avoid penalties.
