Acting as Product Owner in the Digital Products area. My responsibilities:- Manage the product backlog and prioritize sprints according to business needs;- Conduct scrum ceremonies such as: daily, refinement of user stories, planning and retrospectives with the squad;- Communicate planning, progress, goals and challenges to stakeholders;- Build the product roadmap, define features and new digital products with the product manager;- Monitor and ensure compliance with technical requirements and acceptance criteria for squad deliveries;- Testing new features to ensure they meet the requirements- Organize experiments to validate hypotheses, record and share learnings with the team for product evolution.- Define indicators for monitoring the health of products, prioritizing performance and cost reduction.- Have good communication with the technical team and other business areas that are essential for the product to work.I had the opportunity to work on various digital products in the company's technology area, where:- I was responsible for leading the definition, testing, and implementation of the MVP for the new digital sales channel via WhatsApp.- Led the one-to-one marketing campaigns for the group through organic and paid media, reaching millions of people and increasing Madero brand revenue on the group's APP.- Was part of the squad responsible for the Loyalty/Cashback Program and the Queue Management System, aiming at customer loyalty and retention.I was responsible for the Madero Group APP, keeping an eye on mobile market trends, usability, design, and interaction, always seeking ways to innovate and adapt the product to maintain user relevance and attraction.

As an Inplant Supervisor, I was the point of contact between the large supermarket Auto Service network and Ambev's logistics. Experience with regional and nacional cash & carry, regional retail and e-commerce.Responsible for creating dashboards and analyzing logistics and customer service level indicators. As well as elaboration of materials for meetings with clients and the sales team. Constant use Excel, SAP and Power BI.

As a logistics intern I was responsible for analyzing the warehouse indicators.
