Responsible for the design, development, and management of company’s development programs and curricula.• Developing: skills set matrix by function; learning objectives; training content; training catalogs and course materials; participant handouts. Develops or oversees the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.• Training personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars• Acclimating new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions• Working with training agencies
