Main activities and responsibilities:- Creation of the "Casa Cor-Rosa" Volunteer project, with the following intervention centers: Health; Teaching and Training; Culture and Leisure and Social Support;- Select and guide the volunteers; promote training and update of new intervention techniques; organize and manage volunteer teams and the work they do; assess the level of satisfaction of clients and their families.• Projects:- "Solidary Meals", providing daily meals, free of charge, to individuals and families in a situation of lack; Streamlining and planning of food collection campaigns.- "Solidarity Shop", Creation of the project that consists of the collection of material goods donated, to be given free of charge to families and individuals in a situation of lack.

- Collaborate in the NGO's strategic planning in social projects of community intervention (eg Poverty, Social Exclusion, HIV, Aging, among others).- Assessment of risks and opportunities.- Establish a network of Public and Private institutional relations to define cooperation and fundraising strategies.- Promote the organization of social mobilization campaigns and identify potential funders.- Financial and human resources control of a team of around 40 employees who are part of the Projects.- Supervision and promotion of meetings with technical teams to carry out the evaluation, monitoring and planning.

Main activities and responsibilities:- Survey of the needs and expectations of the senior population in the intervention area of the institution;- Creation of the "Senior Club" project, giving rise to a new valence within the Institution;- Dissemination of the Project to Public and Private Entities, aiming at the establishment of agreements and protocols;- Manage and program socio-cultural activities aimed at the senior population;- Planning, dynamization and management of activities;- Coordinate the team of collaborators;- Carry out the social service to the senior population and home visits;- Provide information on social policies and support the implementation of applications;- Disseminate and implement the 24-hour Teleassistance system;- Perform some administrative activities;- Elaborate the Internal Regulation of the Senior Club.
