Projeto de melhoria contínua em empresa parceira. Utilizando a metodologia LSS DMAIC, framework Scrum e o software Jira para gerenciamento do projeto. Minha responsabilidade foi entender as necessidades do Sponsor e traduzi-las em entregáveis, delegando tarefas para uma equipe de 6 pessoas.Nosso projeto focou no design de processos, pois não havia padronização anteriormente. Tivemos como resultado:✔ 9 soluções utilizando ferramentas de qualidade, gestão e processos, como BPMn, SWOT, diagrama de Ishikawa e de Pareto, entre outras;✔+10 documentos de fácil compreensão ensinando como aplicar ferramentas de análise de processos;✔Nota de relevância do projeto: 98/100

o Responsible for generating tax classification of Agricultural Business raw materials and finished products by the MCN (Mercosur Common Nomenclature) according to the IN 26/2017 requirements to import and export them;o Led the HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) in 3 laboratories, where I learned and applied work safety fundamentals concepts.o Key achievement: Generating savings of ~55% in the cleaning laboratory glassware method and applying methodologies for continuous improvement (e.g., DMAIC, SIPOC, PDCA and VSM). Besides the savings, the new process was able to offer better safety conditions.

o My daily activities involved cross contamination evaluation in the Agricultural Business. I was engaged in UHPLC-MS/MS e HPLC-MS analytical method development and validation activities.o Created reports, and flow indicators to give visibility to our results using Excel VBA, aiming for organization and process efficiency.
