I work meeting the needs of companies that use the billing system developed by COBdeSantos. Through telephone contacts, e-mail and chat, I solve doubts and meet the demands that may arise while using the system, generally requiring the use of SQL to perform queries and updates on our client´s servers.

As an E-commerce Analyst, I supervised the initial process of creating the company's e-commerce and, later, the daily operation. This included direct contact with the selected payment provider (Cielo), full understanding of the virtual store management system (OpenCart) and its interconnected processes. In addition, I was in charge of the company's Digital Marketing (Instagram and Facebook) and its Google Ads account, executing the planning, analysis of metrics and KPIs. I also solved the most complex problems related to consumers, through corporate email and whatsapp.

I optimized the company's Human Resources processes, focusing on new admissions and internal marketing. I was responsible for the implementation of the first methodology for the recruitment and selection process in the area involving online interview platforms, optimizing the time and effort of candidates and recruiters.

My main responsibility was to assist Latin America expatriates during their expatriation period regarding adaptation contretemps. I had constant written (e-mail) and spoken (calls) contact in English with National and Regional Directors, mostly America and Europe and mapped the internal processes of the expatriate’s Latin America department. Also had experience with the SAP platform for the input of payment invoices.
