My main responsibilities are: - Managing the development, sales and customer flow fulfilment of Global Volunteer, our program of volunteering experiences; - Ensuring the creation, update and implementation of the standard operating procedures to approve the potential candidates for our opportunities; - Work together with the Marketing Department to attract and recruit university students between the ages of 18 and 30 for our internship opportunities abroad; - Managing a team, giving them guidance, that was responsible to enable the selection process of these students, so they could be approved in a volunteering opportunity and have a constant follow up during their experience.

My main responsibilities were:- Participating in the promotion activities to engage and connect with students who would like to have an internship experience abroad; - Process the candidates according to their CVs and overall professional experience, working on deadlines and with the goal of achieving monthly results, while also providing a quality customer experience; - Organize and execute sessions regarding expectation setting with our candidates, once approved, to prepare them for the country, the internship opportunity and setting goals for the experience; - Manage the interns’ experience, assuring quality in AIESEC's and the company’s work.

Projeto: FICA - férias inclusivas para a comunidade algarvia.Fui responsável pelo cuidado e bem estar de crianças e jovens, com deficiência.- Colaborei em atividades recreativas e educacionais adaptadas as capacidades e interesses de cada criança/jovem.- Desenvolvi um maior grau de sensibilidade, empatia, e paciência no trato com as crianças e jovens, promovendo a sua inclusão e bem-estar emocional.
