I operate as an internal consultant to store teams and field leaders in over 160 locations in the US and Canada. I provide leadership and executional direction on processes such as talent development, talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations, acquisition and integration support, and performance management. I am part of an innovative HR team that creates and leads the Human Resources strategy for the organization. I also serve on the advisory board of the VETS1 Associate Resource Group.
