-Construction, analysis and execution of the project strategy, including construction of the business model with CANVAS methodology and design of the minimum viable model. -Control and fulfillment of project results and KPI's. -Construction and implementation of the commercial and marketing plan, negotiation with suppliers and clients.

Medellín official Christmas Lighting. - Innovation processes, 3D design and technical drawings of Christmas figures for Medellín, 14 municipalities and 80 public parks. -Visit on site for drawing up plans and design of spaces. -Proposal and development of prototypes for the innovation of both materials and processes. -Supervision in the manufacturing processes of the figures and assembly of the figures on site.

-Innovation processes, graphic design, 3D design and technical planimetry for the construction of Christmas figures in Manizales, Tunja, Ibagué, La Estrella and different Shopping Centers in Colombia. -Supervision in the manufacturing processes of the figures. -Support in the project's overall quotation including project cost and profit margins.
