- To be responsible for new product industrialization at the Nacelles Department, acting as the main communication channel between the design department, operational teams, and other interested stakeholders.- To develop and monitor the industrialization project plans, defining milestones according to PLM@SGRE methodology, with associated documents;- To Manage the different industrialization project teams, identifying risks and defining actions to mitigate them;- To communicate efficiently on a regular basis with the team, factories, and management regarding the activities performed, the planning status, the budget, and the deliverables associated with each phase;- To estimate resources and participants needed to achieve the project objectives.

Responsible for project management in the Product Engineering Department. One of my main functions was the execution of all phases of the project, from the definition to its industrialization. I coordinated multidisciplinary teams, with the development and monitoring of schedules to ensure compliance with deadlines and the requirements of all project stakeholders, including clients located in different countries (Spain, Brazil, Argentina, France, Germany), suppliers, and internal departments. Management and control of product modifications, execution of tests and preparation of reports and technical dossier for customer validation. Other of my responsibilities was also the management of cost reduction activities related to the product.

Responsible for the management of the industrialization of products in the KYB Brazil branch. Coordination of multidisciplinary teams with a focus on meeting deadlines and project phases. Direct contact with local customers and suppliers. Management of the list of components and control of product modifications. Validations and elaboration of the PPAP of the product for its approval.-Developed projects: shock absorbers for tourism vehicles (Renault, Toyota) industrialized at the KYB Brazil plant.
