As an executive recruiter at Meta, I lead the recruitment for the LatAm region, splitting my time between Mexico City and LA. I leverage my extensive network, market knowledge, and negotiation skills to attract and hire top talent for Meta's diverse and innovative teams. I also collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.In addition, I am a venture partner and scout at Latam Capital, a leading VC fund focused on the LatAm market. I advise on deal due diligence, scout potential investments, and support portfolio companies with strategic guidance and connections. I joined the fund after co-founding and leading an AI startup that applied machine learning to screen talent in LatAm, raising a seed round, hiring a dev team, and acquiring five pilot customers.
