• Currently managing a high end £20M project in Central London.• Material procurement and production management to achieve client’s expectation and high-end quality, from purchase of Marble Blocks in Italy to installation of the final product in London.• Quality control to meet high standards.• Development of detailed programme and full tracking system to control the project.• Cost Control reviewed monthly with directors assessing Forecasts from the first steps of the project.• Monthly Valuations and Variations reviewed monthly with client’s Quantity Surveyor to assess project progress and entitlement on extra works and extra costs.• Client negotiation and Risk management.• Logistic management.• Site Management alongside our Site Managers and Supervisors to ensure the correct progress and review any blockers.
