Ana is a Senior Consultant at the IBM Consulting SAP Practice. This practice delivers technical, strategic, and process-oriented solutions across a wide range of industries. Ana has vast consulting experience with skills in initiating, planning, developing and implementing business processes, application systems, data migration strategies and information technology projects utilizing SAP solution. Her roles on those implementations have included Project Manager Lead, Data Migration Specialist, Testing Analyst, SAP C4C consultant, and Scrum Master. During these projects she has managed and delivered technical and functional work products, through the Preparation, Explore, Design, Build, System Testing, Implementation, and the post 'go-live' stages of the Project lifecycle. She is experienced in various facets of the SAP implementation cycle including legacy data mapping & migration into S4, Process Design Document and Functional Spec Document creation, conducting Functional Testing, and Testing Management. Possesses a working understanding of MTD, PTP, FICO and Customer Experience SAP business processes, along with familiarity in SAP C4C and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions.
