- Responsible for Certified Modular Training management, as development strategies and skills consolidation- Management of trainers' teams, facilities and training resources- Recruitment and selection of candidates, assuring setting up classes for a wide range of people and for several vocational working areas - Promotion and advertising of Training Schedules in several IEFP partnerships- Vocational guidance towards the most appropriate training and career goals- Identifying the learning needs and looking after the development of trainees- Responsible for Trainers' training for the subject "Job Search Techniques" (mandatory training)

- Working as a trainer in adult education courses, related to psychology subjects.- Working as a facilitator in adult education courses, dealing with adults needs in the development of the learning process.
