Design the planning cycle, define the methodology, and lead the different phases of the planning process.Articulate and agree on the priorities and needs of the regional movement through permanent consultation, reflection, and participatory discussion.Work with the Executive Committee and the Subregional Coordinators to engage national movements and strategic partners in the process.Propose the objectives, indicators, and goals of the strategic plan and generate consensus.Develop the monitoring and evaluation tools.Support national movements in the adaptation of their national strategic plans with Vision 2030 and the regional strategic plan.

Supporting the World YMCA overall Policy & Advocacy initiatives; offering assistance to the launch, implementation and monitoring of the WAY’s Communities of Impact; online research of various relevant opportunities for young people from the YMCA to engage with at global level.
