Characterization of alkaline rocks from Fernando de Noronha, Trindade and Cabo Frio. The work consists of the petrological and geochemical identification and consequent comparison of the collected data. As a result, the program will be presented as a Capstone Project. The project relies on the collaboration of the Geological Survey of Brazil SBG-CPRM for the availability of the microscopy laboratory and X-ray Fluorescence equipment.

Functions performed during the internship: - Add information to the institutional database of CPRM (the GeoSGB); - Organization and standardization of GIS data;- Interpretation of petrographic, geochemical and geophysical data;- Monitoring the construction of geological and geological-geophysical maps and carrying out other tasks of the same nature;- Review of articles in English.

I participated in the elaboration of workshops, lectures, short courses and fields for UFMG SEG Student Chapter members and for all those interested in learning about economic geology. In addition, I participated in student groups to learn more about the field of economic geology and actively participate in the development and updating of social networks for the UFMG SEG Student Chapter.

I taught English to students of all age groups from basic to intermediate levels. I focused the four pillars of a language: Writting, Speaking, Listening and Reading. During this period, I had the opportunity to improve my public speaking skills, my communication and empathy. In addition, I learned to always have a simple and practical didactic.
