I have been fortunate to have worked for exceptional senior executives who gave me the opportunity to develop my capabilities to create new improved services and business functions. I have also had the practical work experience of managing the new business units I created. I believe I have strong personal skill in forming and managing successful teams. My aim is to enhance and transfer the educational and professional experience I gained in Brazil and Canada.
