I will give you a summary of my career: more than 14 years of experience in the hotel distribution world B2B and B2C, managing bookings, solving commercial and technical issues and developing projects to control competitiveness. I give you more details:The field of competitiveness has been one of my specializations in recent years, co-leading the competitiveness project of NH Hotel Group. I have designed the action plan that has made it possible to reduce competitiveness issues and I have implemented the use of investigation and reporting systems (OTA Insight and Rate Gain).For the last years I have been in direct contact with the different distribution channels B2B and B2C (travel agencies, OTAs, wholesalers, bedbanks) managing connections of their systems with the chain's internal system through direct XML, extranets and channels managers. (Rate Tiger and SiteMinder).Likewise, I have been the direct contact to manage issues of these distribution channels B2B and B2C, for which I have had to solve errors regarding rate loading and room types.
