I currently work as a Senior Manager for US Customers and Businesses in Delivery Management. In my current role, I collaborate with delivery and support advanced technology services, with a special focus on Cloud Infrastructure Management (Database, OS, Storage) and Development.I am dedicated to expanding my knowledge, streamlining processes, enhancing quality, and increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a Senior Manager, I provide client-facing management and responsibilities include managing multiple projects, ensuring security and compliance readiness, handling issues, risk and escalation management, problem-solving, and prioritizing resources. I also review metrics, including SLAs and key performance indicators.
I have successfully managed delivery teams and complex projects across various IT platforms, collaborating closely with IT services teams such as Architects, DBA, Storage, Operations, P2V, Problem and Change Management. Additionally, I have experience working with vendors such as IBM and Oracle. I mentor, coach and motivate my team to achieve business goals by fostering a collaborative atmosphere with customers.
Before becoming a Manager, I worked as an IT Project Coordinator at IBM, focusing on modernizing projects within the financial sector, including P2V and V2V Migrations for one of the largest U.S. banks.I began my academic journey studying Food Engineering at Unicamp, considered the top Engineering University in Latin America. However, I later shifted my focus and earned a degree in Business & Management Process from Paulista University in Brazil. My dedication to learning is evident in my pursuit of certifications from Stanford, Cambridge, Microsoft, and Google. Today, I also play roles as a Speaker and Mentor.
