High School DAMAS is a partnership with the University of Missouri to offer their High School curriculum to our students at Colegio DAMAS, in blended mode via Canvas. This partnership is managed by a central co-ordination based in São Paulo. My role is to support all aspects of the program locally at Colegio DAMAS. We're an international group of teachers, working in Recife, across Brazil, and in Missouri, USA. Our students are hardworking, talented and so much more. They make us very proud to work in education, and in a small way, through them, we like to think we make our contribution to society.

My role was to welcome the new participants into our courses, from pre-enrolment questions and doubts (and sometimes worries, if it was their first time on an online course) to thanking them for their post-course feedback at the end of the course. I also worked with our tutors, helping them out with their course moodles, course documentation, certificates, logins, and liaising with course participants when needed. Finally, we offered scholarships to several of our courses, and I helped with organising this too. We were a truly international small company scattered around the globe, and I loved it!

I tutored on courses and coordinated one of the e-English courses.

I provided the content for the Talking English online newsletter.

Overall co-ordination of courses, teacher education, student monitoring and development of online learning options.
