Devised project testing workstream across all facets of transformation program—from deliverable identification to data readiness to multisystem user setup and training. Kickstarted training efforts for new program as MC for in-person test event with 60+ attendees. Orchestrated 5-week intensive testing event across 800+ test cases touching multiple departments executed by 50+ users in 11 integrated systems.- At same client, designed ERP integration for 16 complex systems.
