As a member of the Lean and Agile coaches team within Michelin, I help IT team members improve their performance and effectiveness, raise their engagement and ensure each team member is autonomous in decision making. Using lean and agile practices, I rethink with them their ways of working, with a focus on their end-users. On site, I advise, train and challenge these teams until they are able, by themselves, to identify, analyse and solve an issue related to their core business and end-users. Visual management, gembas, SIPOCs, value stream mapping, skills management, problem solving thinking, 1-1 coaching, workshops... are my everyday work-life!

Together with the Business Process Analyst team, we work on the process framework of the IB and plan to implement process ownership. In each global center, we also support the business on process improvement initiatives and the project teams with our process analysis and recommendations. In The Hague, I am supporting project teams working on Master Data Management, Content Model Solution, Single Sign On, HR re-design. In the mean time, I also work with the business on their copyright management, their sign-off processes and more.In collaboration with the business and the IT Architects, we are defining the IB Business Capabilities and aligning our different framework - capabilities, processes, services, applications and technology - via the tool Enterprise Architect from Sparx Systems.The year ahead promises to be an energising one!
